When will my laundry come back?

We pick up in the evening window you choose and return it the next morning, folded and ready to put away. If you book a morning pickup, return is the following morning.

What fits in one bag?

Accepted Answer

A standard bag holds roughly one full machine load — about 7–8 kg, or two weeks of clothes for one person. Bedding and towels count as a separate bag. If your order is unusually heavy we'll let you know before processing.

Do you pick up outside Amsterdam?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Pickup and return is Amsterdam-only (postcodes 1011 to 1109). Join the waitlist on our home page if you'd like to be notified when we expand.

Question 4

What if something is delicate or dry-clean only?

Accepted Answer

Tag delicate items in the bag or note it in your booking. We hand-process delicates and skip anything marked dry-clean only — those items come back to you untouched.
