Privacy
We collect only what we need to deliver your booking: name, contact details, address, and payment confirmation. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with third parties beyond Mollie (payments) and our internal operations team.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@mokumhospitality.com.
FAQ analytics
On each service page, the FAQ section records three lightweight, anonymous events so we can see which questions matter most:
- Open — the first time you expand a question (either by clicking it or by following a shared
#faq-…link). - Copy link — when you tap the share-link button next to a question.
To avoid counting the same person many times, we generate a random identifier and store it in your browser's localStorage under mh.faq.sid. We do not store your IP address, cookies, name, email, or any other identifier with these events. Records are automatically deleted after 90 days.
We treat this as strictly necessary product analytics, but you can switch it off on this device at any time. Turning it off also clears the random identifier from your browser.
