How long does a reset take?

Most apartments take 2–4 hours depending on size. We work in fixed time windows so you know roughly when we'll be in and out — no all-day waiting around.

What's included in the price?

Surface cleaning, kitchen and bathroom reset, bed making, one load of laundry washed and folded, and light ironing. It's a premium reset, not a deep clean — see 'What's included' above for the full list.

Do you cover all of Amsterdam?

Yes — we serve postcodes 1011 to 1109 (the entire city). We don't currently operate outside Amsterdam.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken upfront via iDEAL or card when you book. You'll get a confirmation immediately and a tax-compliant invoice after the reset is completed.

When will my laundry come back?

We pick up in the evening window you choose and return it the next morning, folded and ready to put away. If you book a morning pickup, return is the following morning.

Question 6

What fits in one bag?

A standard bag holds roughly one full machine load — about 7–8 kg, or two weeks of clothes for one person. Bedding and towels count as a separate bag. If your order is unusually heavy we'll let you know before processing.

Do you pick up outside Amsterdam?

What if something is delicate or dry-clean only?

Tag delicate items in the bag or note it in your booking. We hand-process delicates and skip anything marked dry-clean only — those items come back to you untouched.

How long does a wash take?

About 45–60 minutes per bike on-site. We come to you within the time window you book — no need to drop the bike anywhere.

What's included?

Frame clean, drivetrain clean, chain lubrication, wheel and rim wipe-down, contact-point clean, and a final polish. It's a detailing-style wash, not a repair — punctures, brakes, and gear adjustments aren't included.

Do you come to my address in Amsterdam?

Yes — anywhere in Amsterdam (postcodes 1011 to 1109). The waterless method works in courtyards, on balconies, and in shared bike storage. No hose or water source needed.

Is it safe for e-bikes and cargo bikes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The waterless process is specifically suited to e-bikes and electronics. Cargo bikes are larger so they take longer — there's a small surcharge in the booking flow.
